Stockpiling and Spray
Quotations available upon request
Otherwise known as 'bunding', this method involves excavating contaminated soils (containing Japanese Knotweed root material) and transferring them to a predesignated area of the site that will remain undisturbed.

This area will be dug to a shallow depth and lined with a geo-textile membrane onto which the contaminated soils will be placed.

The Japanese Knotweed will then be encouraged to grow where a systemic herbicide treatment can be applied to the plant to further control it.

This does not remove the Japanese Knotweed form the site but does enable development works to proceed whilst treatment takes place elsewhere.

An Invasive Species Management Plan will accompany any treatment process.
